Discover the Art of Nature Journaling
Join us in Overton Park to learn the basics of Nature Journaling—a mindful practice that invites you to slow down, observe closely, and connect deeply with the natural world.
Whether you’re just beginning or continuing your artistic journey, this experience will help you see nature with fresh eyes and an open heart.

What to Expect
- Learn simple techniques to observe and document your surroundings.
- Explore prompts that encourage questioning, creativity, and curiosity
- Build confidence in expressing what you see, hear, and feel in nature

We’ll provide a variety of shared creative supplies, including:
