Food Truck Vendors
Operating Requirements
Food trucks must hold a current license and permit from the Shelby County Health Department. Once these are in place, you’re eligible to apply for a vendor permit through Overton Park Conservancy. A $25 permit fee allows you to sell in the park for a full year.

Designated Parking Locations
- Parallel park along Old Forest Lane. Do not park in the lot; these spaces are for park visitors.
- Parallel park near the Explore Bike Share kiosk on the entrance road, OR
- Use a designated parking space if your truck fits.
- Avoid parallel parking near the pavilion or occupying multiple spots.
