Your Brush With Greatness

The Bike Gate sculpture is truly in the home stretch, and we need you to help push it across the finish line!

You may have been following the progress of Tylur French’s Bike Gate sculpture here on our blog (click here for the most recent post).  He’s been priming the bikes and welding them to the sculpture’s frame, and should have all that finished by tomorrow.

So this Saturday, August 31, Tylur is hosting a group workday at his studio between 8:00am and 5:00pm.  He needs several volunteers to come and paint the bikes.  He’ll supply the paint, brushes, and ladders–all you need to do is come dressed to get a little paint on your clothes.  Tylur will also be grilling out, so there will be food, drinks, and music to keep you entertained.  You can drop by any time and stay as long as you like.  No prior experience is required, and we guarantee a fun time working on an incredibly cool project.
