Greensward project public meeting set for 2/21

Greensward project public meeting set for 2/21 pm postcard

You helped us raise more than $1 million to return the Greensward to Overton Park. Now you’ll have an opportunity to see the latest iteration of the project design and provide your feedback at a public meeting.

On Wednesday, February 21 at 6:00 p.m., join us in the IMAX Theatre at the Pink Palace as Powers Hill Design presents its new concept for the reconfiguration of the Zoo parking lot. They have revised the concepts presented in November and incorporated feedback from the community, as well as Overton Park Conservancy and other members of the steering committee. You’ll have another opportunity to provide comments on the latest design after the meeting.

Plan to enter the Pink Palace at the main entrance on the east side of the building. If you have special needs, please call 901-522-1030 by 4:30 p.m. on February 14 to discuss accommodations.

We hope you’ll be able to join us as we take the next step forward in the process of ending Greensward parking!
