Gorilla Golf Tournament

Get ready to tee off for something truly wild! Memphis Zoo is proud to present the Inaugural Gorilla Golf Tournament, a brand-new fundraising event bringing golf lovers and conservation champions together for a day of fun with a purpose. On September 26, 54 golfers will hit the green at Overton Park 9 for a full day of golf, lunch, and learning about how we can protect gorillas in the wild. Proceeds from this event will support the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund and their groundbreaking work to save Mountain Gorillas in Rwanda and Grauer’s Gorillas in the Democratic Republic of Congo. While our gorilla family at Memphis Zoo lives safe, healthy lives, their wild counterparts face real threats like habitat loss and poaching. Thanks to over 50 years of tireless work by the Fossey Fund, and support from people like you, there’s hope.

*Mulligans will be available for purchase at $5 each (max of 2 per person). One individual will start at each hole so there is less waiting for T-times. Everyone should finish close to the same time.
