Ground yourself this spring with a Seated Mindfulness Experience led by Coach Alex Carpenter. This gentle session invites you to pause from the pace of daily life and cultivate a sense of peace. No experience necessary.
Bring your own lawn chair, yoga mat, or sit mat for comfort—we’ll have a limited number of sit mats available for those who need one.
This event is pay-what-you-can, with a suggested contribution of $3 per person. Registration opens 2 weeks in advance.
