Farm to Park
The Evergreen Community Farmers Market is getting a new home, and it’s right here in Overton Park! Beginning September 3, the weekly market will relocate to the East Parkway Pavilion to provide the community with even more convenient access to local produce, food, and other goods.
This collaboration between Rhodes College and Overton Park Conservancy brings the market a more visible location, and the park a vibrant weekly event with a great opportunity to meet neighbors and local vendors.
Market vendors include Ann’s Puppy Cookies, The Bridge, Bring It Food Hub, Catherine’s Cards, Donna’s Kettle Corn, Ekata Designs, Eneydi’s Tamales, Grow Memphis Gardens, In Season Produce, Jack’s Farmacy, Lilee’s Bakery, Oak Hill Farm, Rhodes College Community Garden, Rin’s Jewelry, Riverside 1844 Artisanal Foods, Ronda’s Beverages, Seetos’ Candles, Smart Mule, St. Honore Bakery, and Urban Farms.
