Art & Fashion: Runway at the Museum!
May 3 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
This unique collaboration between the University of Memphis Fashion Program, the UofM Art and Design, and the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art promises a night of fashion and wearable art that pushes boundaries and ignites inspiration.
The Fashion Program at the University of Memphis with its two concentrations, Fashion Design and Fashion Merchandising, immerses students into a range of creative and technological areas that shape their understanding and abilities in the fashion industry. Collaboration and industry exposure are vital components of the program allowing them to work alongside professionals, gain industry insights and build valuable connections. The program places a strong emphasis on the development of a professional and industry-oriented mindset where creativity, artistic vision and technical proficiency are explored all while maintaining their unique creative voice.
Immerse yourself in the intersection of art and fashion. The evening coincides with the new Christian Siriano: People Are People, making it a double dose of artistic expression. Enjoy incredible cocktails and mingle with fellow art and fashion enthusiasts.
