Overton Park Conservancy Standard Cancellation Policy

Private or public programs

If an event or program is cancelled by Overton Park Conservancy, attendees will be notified and full refunds will be issued.

If event participation is cancelled by the attendee, no refunds will be issued if the cancellation is received within 7 days of the event. All refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee. All cancellations will be considered donations to Overton Park Conservancy unless you specifically request a refund. To do so, contact us at [email protected] at least 7 days in advance of the event.

Rental reservations have a separate refund policy.

Program proceeds benefit the work of the Overton Park Conservancy.

Overton Park Conservancy is the nonprofit organization that has been caring for Memphis’s central green space since 2012. With the generous support of our community, we work each day to make the park a beautiful and welcoming place for all Memphians, as well as a valuable source of urban habitat for wildlife.

The Conservancy must raise roughly 85% of our budget each year from people like you who care about the many things Overton Park has to offer. A gift of any amount helps us maintain and improve the park.
