Join Levitt Shell for FREE shows in the 2021 Orion Free Music Concert Series. Picnic baskets, beverages, blankets, and lawn chairs are always welcome. Food and beverages are for sale in the ShellEats community area. Dogs on a leash are welcome in designated areas. Levitt Shell is a nonsmoking facility. About the concert:

Occupy the Shell (OTS) is a one day musical experience at the Levitt Shell in Overton Park, Memphis, TN, initially curated to support musicians and recording artists facing difficulties imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic, and to show support for the Levitt Shell after an incident of vandalism. Since its inception, OTS has taken on a life of its own, drawing both local and national attention and featuring some of the very best talent representing Memphis and surrounding communities, across a variety of genres. Imagine an edgy and exciting, yet community-friendly environment with great music, amazing food and good vibes; that’s Occupy the Shell.
