SUMMARY:Lullabies for the Collection: A Walking Music Tour
DESCRIPTION:Before the museum’s permanent collection goes to sleep in preparation for its return in our future home\, we invite you to experience it one last time—through music. Lullabies for the Collection is a one-night-only walking tour featuring live\, in-gallery performances by Roberta dos Santos and Alexandre Negrão of Iris Collective. \n\n\n\nAs you journey through the museum\, sound and art converge in a reflective\, sensory farewell. Each gallery offers a unique musical atmosphere inspired by the works on view—allowing you to experience both celebrated highlights and hidden treasures in a new\, resonant light. \n\n\n\nMuseum docents will be stationed throughout the tour to offer insights and answer your questions\, adding meaningful context to this final encounter with the collection. \n\n\n\nWhile the event involves walking and standing\, limited seating will be available in select galleries for those who wish to pause and take it all in. \n\n\n\nLet music and meaning guide your evening as we say a poetic goodnight to the permanent collection—until we meet again in our new home.
