Participants will learn to document the wild wonders of the Old Forest through sketches and notes. This hands-on\, creative activity is perfect for sparking curiosity and connecting with nature! \n\n\n\nWe’ll provide supplies\, but you’re welcome to bring your own notebooks and favorite coloring pencils or markers. Her work centers around a holistic\, trauma-informed approach that prioritizes nervous system regulation and the healing power of nature. Certified in EMDR and mindfulness-based ecotherapy\, Caroline integrates evidence-based therapy with somatic practices\, trauma-informed yoga\, and nature connection to support trauma recovery and resilience. She hosts women’s wellness retreats and outdoor workshops designed to create safe\, restorative spaces for healing and growth.
